It’s day 26 and if you’ve taken the time to complete the previous lessons you’re SO CLOSE to being ready to begin your transformation you can taste it! They do different things from counteracting stress (physical, mental and environmental), to increasing oxygen consumption and decreasing lactic acid in your muscles.
