Invest Blood, Sweat and Tears Into a Life Less Traveled and you will be the master of your vessel. Nobody ever said it would be easy, but it will absolutely 100% be worth it. The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you choose to do in each unfolding new moment.

You’ll never leave where you are until you decide where you’d rather be and begin to take strides in a new direction. Yesterday you already said tomorrow. What’s stopping you? Make yourself stronger than your excuses. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Make the moment perfect. Most obstacles melt away when we make up our minds to walk through them. If you’re not willing to learn- no one can help you. If you’re determined to learn no one can stop you…NOBODY!

We do whatever it takes when we are committed, when we are driven by a high enough purpose to overcome any obstacles that might show up, when we have to. Perhaps you must unlearn what you have learned. Everything you need is already inside of you. If your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough. Visualize this thing you want. See it – feel it! Believe in it! Make your mental blue print and begin to focus on it. A lack of dreams should also scare you. Sometimes you must reach up for the new and let go of the old. What lies behind you is not nearly as important as what lies in front of you to go after and seize the day. Everything you’ve been through was preparation for where you are right now in this moment. just don’t quit, don’t give up on you! This IS the time you can and will make some big bold changes! YOU’RE READY TO COMMIT!

Write down just one small change, one thing deep within you that you are committed to changing today about you as a person that could have a huge positive affect on your personal life, career choices and mental and physical well-being. Then commit to making 3 BOLD changes with your fitness this month that are overdo for some serious improvement that align with this small change in character.
